Cilantro? Yes cilantro in a smoothie! Cilantro is a delicious herb that I love to cook with. But this herb is also great to throw in a blender to add some nutrients to a smoothie.

Cilantro is full of amazing benefits:

  • Helps rid the body of heavy metals
  • Lowers blood sugar
  • Good source of fiber
  • Good source of antioxidants
  • Improves sleep

Wow right?!! Cilantro is da bomb (sorry my 90s inner teenager came out) . I’ve combined this herb with complimentary fruits and veggie to make this one delicious treat!!

Here’s the magic:

  • Cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 cups coconut water
  • Agave for taste
