Refreshing Smoothie

Summer is now in full effect and she is letting her heat reign. And I’m here for it! I love summer. I wanted to have a smoothie that was refreshing, cool, and something to satisfy my sweet tooth. This energy giving smoothie hit the spot.

Here’s the magic:

6 oz frozen orange juice (1/2 tube)

1 cup water (or you can use coconut water)

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen pineapples

1 tbs chia seeds

Blend and enjoy!

Beet It!!

Ok so here’s another beet smoothie recipe. I really want to like this nutritious root!!! This smoothie is super simple and tasty. I will admit my kids did not approve this one. But it could be because they tasted several other sweeter smoothies before this one (or they just didn’t like it). I did however like this one better then the previous smoothie 👌🏾
