Today’s recipe comes from the amazing Virpi Mikkonen from Vanelja 🙌🏾
CONFESSION: I honestly chose this because it looked so pretty, I just had to try it!
1-2 Tbs blueberries
1.5 cups oat milk (or any vegan milk)
1/3 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Blend all ingredients. Warm mixture in saucepan. Taste and add more spices if needed. Honey or coconut syrup can be added.
