This is probably one of my “go-to” smoothies. It is packed with iron, fiber, calcium, and antioxidants. It’s simple. It’s tasty. It’s filling. What more can you ask for?!

Here’s the magic:

2-3 cups almond milk

1 cup spinach

1 cup frozen mix berries ( if you want fresh fruit, use a combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

1tbs chia seeds

Agave or honey for taste

Blend and enjoy 😊
