This is a simple smoothie that will definitely be a crowd pleaser!! My kids loved this one.

The iron from the spinach, the healthy fats from the avocado, the immune boost from the pineapples, and fiber from the chia seeds makes this the perfect smoothie to add to your menu weekly.

Here’s the magic:

1/2 cup pineapple 🍍

1 cup of spinach

1/4 cup of avocado 🥑

2 tbs chia seeds

Agave for taste

Blend and enjoy!!
