Fitness Friday Workout

This is an amazing workout!! You can modify it to fit your fitness level. If you need more of a challenge double the numbers, if you need less of a challenge do only half.

I usually break these numbers up by 25 reps. You can break it the by 5s, 10s, or 20s..
