My mom loves this smoothie, so I make it often in our house. This smoothie is also kid friendly!
It’s packed full of yummy nutrients; Vitamin A from the carrots, vitamin C from the strawberries, fiber from the mangoes, healthy fats from avocado, and potassium from the coconut water.
Here’s the magic:
-1 cup of baby carrots
-1/2 cup strawberries
-1/2 cup of mangoes
-1/2 cup of chopped avocado
-2 1/2 cup of coconut water (add more to get the consistency you prefer)
