Isaiah 40:31 “but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

We were not designed to carry the weight of worry and stress. Our bodies physically begin to shut down and diseases begin to manifest when we worry and stress. High-blood pressure, obesity, depression, and even headaches have been linked to stress. God promises us to take those burdens away if we place our hope and faith in Him. He even promises to renew our strength. Whatever circumstances are troubling you right now know that if you put your faith in God you can be renewed and strengthen. It is not an easy task but worth it.

I pray that today is the day you give your problems to God. Hope in the Creator and be renewed. I pray that your eyes may be opened to see that there is more for you then against you. I pray that once you release your issue, you are flooded with strength and power to continue.
